Understanding your finances is a critical skill when managing your business. This course provides a deep dive into managing your business financials. Participants will learn about managing cashflow, valuating companies, reading financial statements, using key metrics to make decisions, and securing financing from banks and investors.
This program provides participants with the knowledge and resources needed to quickly transition from the seed stage, through the start-up stage and into the growth stage as quickly as possible while reducing the cost of making mistakes. Participants will complete a capstone project which will result in an executable business and marketing plan tailored to their business.
